What's Driving NCR's 49% Price Jump
1. Luxury demand from HNIs. Units priced above ₹1 crore accounted for 46% of all Indian home sales in H2 2024. In NCR, this proportion is even higher — driven by CXOs, startup founders, and returning NRIs.
2. Limited inventory in prime locations. Supply in well-located NCR corridors hasn't kept pace with demand. When supply is scarce and demand is strong, prices do only one thing.
3. Infrastructure transformation. Dwarka Expressway inauguration, Noida International Airport progress, and metro expansions have dramatically expanded what "well-connected" means.
